No. While we specialize in targeted therapeutic work (including deep tissue and sports massage), we also offer Therapeutic Relaxation. This session is designed to calm the nervous system and manage stress while still applying knowledgeable, effective techniques.

This depends entirely on your goals. For chronic pain or structural issues, we typically recommend more frequent initial sessions (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly). For maintenance and stress relief, monthly is often sufficient. We will discuss a personalized treatment plan during your first visit.

No. Stone Therapeutic is a private practice dedicated to focused, uninterrupted client care. All sessions are by appointment only.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment details are secured through the MassageBook platform upon booking.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full price of the session.

Please wear comfortable clothing. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to complete any remaining forms. Most importantly, drink plenty of water beforehand, and be prepared to discuss your health history, pain levels, and specific goals honestly.

It is common to experience mild muscle soreness or tenderness for 24–48 hours after an intensive therapeutic or deep tissue session, similar to a good workout. Drinking water and gentle stretching can help minimize this effect.
